In the summer and autumn of 2014, we installed a climbing wall, a communications mast and a diesel substation on the Kau-Tobe mountain in the city of Almaty on the “BAU” screw piles. Of particular note was the construction of a climbing wall. The climbing wall was installed on the site of complex technogenic soils, despite this neither concrete nor asphalt could serve as an obstacle for screwing the screw piles. Thus, the installation of three-half meter piles was carried out in one day. The technology of pile foundations allowed us to save money and time, installation did not create inconvenience for visitors to Kok-Tobe.
