Screw foundation for the construction of a new site in the Olekminsky nature reserve. Screw pile foundations were used:

Customer comment: In connection with the reconstruction and replacement of old buildings with new buildings in the Olekminsky nature reserve, it was decided to use metal pile foundations manufactured by BAU Group LLC (Novosibirsk). Given the fact that the construction sites are located on light sandy frozen-taiga soils, 2.5 meter galvanized piles, 114 mm in diameter for heavy structures, and 76 mm in diameter for lighter ones, were acquired. The expediency of our choice was based on the obvious advantages of screw piles over other types of foundations. In permafrost conditions, the best period of pile driving is the period from the end of August, when the maximum defrosting of the soil takes place until mid-October. Director E.M. GABYSHEV
